Exterior

Light scratches less than 15 cm in length and less than 15 cm in diameter, Minor dents less than 15 cm in diameter.

Interior

• Scratches to the centre console less than 15 cm in length and less than 1 mm deep
• Scratches to the Dashboard less than 15 cm in length and less than 1 mm deep,
• Scratches to the door handles, door panel plastic less than 15 cm in length and 1 mm deep,
• Damages to gear lever boot rips or tears, gear knob, handbrake boot tears or rips less than 5 cm
• Headrest repairs to cover less than 5 cm
• Parcel shelf and strings, plastic panel repair less than 15 cm in length and 1 mm deep
• Roof lining (one event per plan), rubber carpet inserts, seat panel tears less than 5 cm and burn holes less than 1 cm
• Seat stitch less than 7.5 cm
• Steering wheel respray, sun visors, safety film

When can you start to claim?

Your benefit will be available 1 month after the start date of the Plan, which is the initial purchase date.

Duration of your Plan

The plan run on a month-to-month basis. You will have cover for as long as you honour your month-to-month payment.

You can cancel your plan

You may cancel this agreement at any time by giving us at least twenty (20) business days’ notice in writing, or by contacting SAVM RenewTech Customer Care. You will not be entitled to a refund on cancellation.

You are entitled to have maintenance and restoration benefits done to preexisting damages on your vehicle that occurred before the start date of this Plan. This is only claimable with your first use of the maintenance and restoration plan and within the first quarter; thereafter any pre-existing or old damages will not be covered.
